read more...The construction of a community center in the Kofyar Hill Settlement serves as a hub for cultural activities, education, and community engagement. This project fosters social cohesion and celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the community.
This transformative project aims to revitalize the cultural and economic vitality of the Kofyar Hill Settlement while preserving its unique vernacular heritage. Through community engagement, infrastructure development, and heritage conservation, we seek to create sustainable socio-economic opportunities for local residents.
The documentation and research of the Egbo Egbo Bassey House involve in-depth studies to preserve the architectural heritage of this iconic structure. Through archival research, architectural surveys, and oral histories, we aim to create a comprehensive record of its historical significance.
The aim of the project is to train selected community members (at least 50 persons) in identified vocational skills, so as to bring local economic revival through the service to be rendered by these skills.
